The Employment Council for the Chemicals, Fertilizers, Battery and Plastics Manufacturing Industries is a creature of statute established in terms of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01] for purposes of promoting industrial relations in the industry. Parties to Employment Council consist of Employer Organisations and Trade Union.
